2 CHICKEN STRACCIATELLA SOUP [chicken stock, chicken breast, protein pasta, egg, zero carb noodles, spinach, collagen]
Remove lid almost all the way to let vent. Microwave 2-3 minutes until hot.
1 CHEESY BEEF ENCHILADAS [ground beef, onion, green chilies, tomatoes, chicken stock, milk, cheddar cheese, bell peppers, onions, cumin, lime, cilantro, corn tortillas, black beans, pinto beans, garlic (vegetarian version available)
Remove lid from pan and replace with foil. Bake at 375 degrees covered for 30 minutes, remove foil and bake 15 more minutes or until melty and golden brown.
1 BALSAMIC THYME CHICKEN SALAD [sous vide chicken breast, avocado oil mayo, celery, scallion, thyme, aged balsamic]
side of low carb tortillas + shredded cabbage mix
2 ARUGULA [arugula, goat cheese, roasted pear, shallot, candied walnuts, champagne vinaigrette]
2 sous vide medium well top sirloin steak for extra protein (on the side)
Slice steak (you may eat it cold or air fry 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes prior to serving). Toss dressing with greens and salad ingredients. Season with salt and pepper if need be.
2 Freezer Ready CHICKEN MEATBALLS [ground chicken, extra virgin olive oil, dairy free boursin, thyme, egg, chives, side of zero carb noodles + sautéed spinach
From freezer: Thaw in fridge overnight. Microwave 2-3 minutes until hot. Add noodles (drain and rinse first). Mix well.
3 MEDITERRANEAN PASTA [chicken breast, cherry tomatoes, dairy free feta cheese, dairy free mozzarella cheese, garlic, onion, spinach, banana peppers, olives, zero carb noodles, parmesan, low carb garlic bread]
Microwave 2-3 minutes until hot. Air fry or toast garlic bread until golden brown.
3 EGG ROLL NOODLES [ground chicken, shredded cabbage, carrot, cilantro, coconut aminos, sesame oil, ginger, shirataki noodles, side of no sugar added sweet + sour sauce]
Microwave 2-3 minutes until hot, drizzle with sauce.
4 TIRAMISU GREEK YOGURT PARFAIT [espresso keto vanilla wafers, greek yogurt, vanilla extract, agave, cocoa powder, no sugar added chocolate chips]
