Tuesday through Thursday is reserved exclusively for households within The Private Table — Jamie’s signature full-service program.

This offering is designed for families who desire:

Menus are thoughtfully curated to reflect your household’s rhythm, preferences, and nutritional goals. Each dish is prepared with technique, labeled with care, and designed to integrate seamlessly into your week.

Openings within The Private Table are limited and offered discreetly. A private waitlist is maintained.

Boutique Weekly Release

Small-batch. Chef-driven. Intentionally limited.

Each week, I release a curated seasonal menu crafted from market-driven ingredients — designed for households who value clean refined food without the restaurant noise.

Orders close Tuesday at 9 PM — or when capacity is reached.

Friday fulfillment only.
