CHICKEN KYIV MEATBALLS [ground chicken, boursin, butter, thyme, egg, chives, side of rice pilaf + sautéed spinach

Boil meatballs in bage 6-8 minutes until hot. Microwave rice with lid slightly vented for 3 minutes. Saute or microwave spinach until hot.

MEDITERRANEAN PASTA [chicken sausage, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, onion, spinach, banana peppers, olives, fresh pasta, parmesan, garlic bread]

Saute sausage in a little oil in large pan. After golden brown, add sauce, simmer until hot while stirring often to prevent the sauce from burning. Cook pasta according to package directions. Add 1/4 cup of pasta water along with the drained pasta to sauce/chicken sausage. Mix in mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Top with fresh basil.

CAPRESE CHICKEN SALAD [sous vide chicken breasts, avocado oil mayo, fresh basil, garlic, celery, onion, fresh mozzarella cheese, sugar bomb tomatoes, balsamic glaze]

3 portions Mix well, ready to eat.

SMASH BURGER FRIED RICE [ground beef, onion, american + cheddar cheese blend, cauliflower, white (or brown) rice, pickle, special sauce (no sugar added ketchup, mustard, avocado mayo, balsamic vinegar, lea + perrin’s) toasted sesame seed bread crumbs]

5 portions In a large fry pan over medium high heat, add rice (it’s already tossed with beef fat) and stir 3-5 minutes. Add ground, beef. Continue cooking and stirring until beef is hot (3 minutes or so). Add white cheddar chunks. Stir until melted. You may add a little splash of water to moisten if needed. Off heat, plate fried rice, drizzle with special sauce, add onion, pickle and breadcrumbs!

CHICKEN CACCIATORE [braised chicken thighs, crushed tomatoes, garlic, bell peppers, onions, chicken broth, white wine, thyme,  extra virgin olive oil, parmesan cheese, fresh pasta, artisan bread + butter]

2 portions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Transfer bread to foil and wrap up. Place in oven for 15 minutes or until warm. Combine cacciatore sauce and contents of chicken cacciatore bag in a sauce pan. Simmer until hot. Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook buccatini noodles according to package directions. Remove chicken thighs from pan. Add cooked pasta to cacciatore sauce. Fold in parmesan cheese. Let cook 1 more minute in the sauce. Plate pasta/sauce first, top with sliced or pulled chicken thighs. Butter bread. Voila!

ITALIAN COBB [chopped romaine, cucumber, tomato, fresh mozzarella, parmesan, oregano, olives, egg, fresh basil, creamy italian dressing]

2 portions Halve or chop egg. Toss ingredients together.

BALSAMIC [butter lettuce, carrots, cucumber, tomato, blue cheese, balsamic vinaigrette]

2 portions Toss ingredients together.

BEEF + BROCCOLI [sliced top sirloin steak, broccoli, teriyaki sauce (coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, sambel olek, honey, chili flakes), side of steamed brown rice, crab rangoons (imitation crab, cream cheese, scallion), side of sweet chili garlic crunch. 3 portions Simmer beef and broccoli in fry pan over medium high heat until hot. Cut a small slit in the rice bag, microwave 3 minutes or until hot. Air fry rangoons at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes until hot.

CHICKEN LIMONE [pan seared chicken cutlets, lemon butter caper sauce (lemon, chicken stock, white wine, garlic, shallot, grassfed butter, capers, fresh parsley), protein pasta, parmesan parker house rolls, extra side of parmesan]

3 portions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place croissant rolls in oven uncovered and bake 15-20 minutes until golden and toasty. While that’s heating up place chicken cutlets in large fry pan, add sauce. simmer until hot. Pour sauce and chicken over pasta and serve with garlic rolls. Microwave pasta 2 minutes until hot- pour sauce and chicken over pasta, top with parmesan.

SOUS VIDE CHICKEN THIGHS w/CAROLINA BBQ [yellow mustard, no sugar added ketchup, chili powder, paprika, apple cider vinegar, smoked sea salt, Pepper]

3 portions Pan sear breasts with a little oil, 3 minutes a side or until hot.
