PHILLY CHEESESTEAK POTATO BOWL [ribeye steak, caramelized onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, 3 cheese blend, Yukon gold potatoes, extra virgin olive oil]

Air fry potatoes 400 degrees for 15 minutes or so until golden in color. Saute ribeye with peppers and onions until heated through. Microwave cheese sauce 1 minute until hot. Stir. Place the potatoes on the bottom of your bowl, add sauteed peppers/onions/mushrooms and steak. Top with cheese sauce.
CHICKEN KYIV MEATBALLS [ground chicken, boursin, butter, thyme, egg, chives, side of rice pilaf + sautéed spinach

Boil meatballs in bage 6-8 minutes until hot. Microwave rice with lid slightly vented for 3 minutes. Saute or microwave spinach until hot.
ARUGULA [arugula, goat cheese, roasted pear, shallot, candied walnuts, champagne vinaigrette]
2 portions $20 each
Toss ingredients together. Serve with pear.
BISCUITS + GRAVY [southern biscuits (flour, butter, salt, baking powder, milk), pork sausage gravy(pork, milk, cream, flour, garlic, pepper, arrowroot)] $25 each

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake biscuits for 26-30 minutes or until golden brown. Simmer or microwave sausage gravy until hot. Split open, top with sausage gravy.
