WEDNESDAY PICKUP ANYTIME 

NOTES from Kim: Breakfasts- like sweet or savory; no to low spiciness at all; I usually eat some cinnamon sugar or peanut butter or maple

Flavored the most. I eat mostly very early in the am and this is usually my biggest meal. I work out three times a week and would love heavier protein based options cause I usually eat an egg sandwich. I can eat the brand green valley which is lactose free cheese or any dairy free product. Love avocado too. 

Lunches- bowl, wraps, salads, pastas are fine- protein heavy but won’t make me sleepy as I work. I usually get veggie sushi with non soy sauce, ramen, or sandwiches once in awhile. Dressings for salad or sauces are the toughest- I can do plant based mayo but not store bought as the soy affects me greatly.

NO: Chili peppers, red peppers, bell peppers 

No regular mayo - plant based has been ok 

I love good bread and don’t care about calories. I can go gluten free ( and I feel better) but since I have to give up all the other stuff, I’m usually fine with it.
