Protein packed greek yogurt recipes that are not lacking in the flavor department…
Chobani makes plain greek yogurt with 20g protein that is fantastic.
INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cup plain Chobani 20g greek yogurt
1/3 cup salsa of choice
2 tsp taco seasoning (chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, granulated garlic, granulated onion)
1/4 of a lime, zest and juice
2 tsp avocado oil
salt and pepper to taste
CREAMY TACO DIP
You can get as creative as you want with this. The yogurt acts as the sour cream so adding your favorite salsa, some granulated garlic, scallion and lime zest will make this dip fantastic with your fave tortilla chips, veggies, taco/burrito topping or a great mix in with chili! Makes 1 cup which is about 4 servings.
METHOD:
Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 20 minutes. You may hand mix, blend or food process if that’s easier!
