Horseradish sauce
Great for prime rib, roast beef sandwiches and even a potato topping.
Makes 1 cup.
Ingredients
3/4 cup Chobani plain 20g greek yogurt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp horseradish (prepared)
Method
Blend or whisk all ingredients together and chill at least 20 minutes.
