Microwave with lid slightly open 3-4 minutes until hot. Airfry garlic bread for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.

Boil pasta according to directions. Heat alfredo sauce in sauce pan with chicken and add drained pasta with 1/4 cup of pasta water to the sauce. Air fry garlic bread 4-6 minutes until golden brown
PORK [or BEEF TENDERLOIN] SOUVLAKI [beef or pork tenderloin, extra virgin olive oil, lemon, oregano, thyme, shallot, garlic, yukon potatoes, green beans, non dairy tzatziki sauce]
Sear beef in fry pan until golden brown. Inside is already medium well. Air fry potatoes and green beans 10-12 minutes 400 degrees until hot.

Microwave with lid slightly open 3-4 minutes until hot.
