MEDITERRANEAN PASTA [chicken sausage, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, onion, spinach, banana peppers, olives, fresh pasta, parmesan, garlic bread]

Saute sausage in a little oil in large pan. After golden brown, add sauce, simmer until hot while stirring often to prevent the sauce from burning. Cook pasta according to package directions. Add 1/4 cup of pasta water along with the drained pasta to sauce/chicken sausage. Mix in mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Top with fresh basil.
EGG ROLL NOODLES [ground pork, shredded cabbage, carrot, cilantro, coconut aminos, sesame oil, ginger, rice noodles, side of sweet + sour sauce]
4 portions
Combine all ingredients except sweet and sour sauce in saute pan and stir until hot. Drizzle with sweet and sour sauce and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
