CHICKEN NOODLE [chicken broth, carrot, onion, celery, chicken breast, fresh thyme, fresh parsley, fresh sage, protein pasta] 4 portions

Transfer contents to sauce pot and simmer until hot while stirring occasionally over medium heat.

COUSCOUS [pearl couscous, chickpeas, bell peppers, carrot, shallot, parsley, cilantro, curried tahini yogurt dressing] 4 portions

BALSAMIC [butter lettuce, carrots, cucumber, tomato, blue cheese, balsamic vinaigrette] 4 portions

BEEF + BROCCOLI [sliced top sirloin steak, broccoli, teriyaki sauce (coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, sambel olek, honey), side of steamed white rice, crab rangoons (imitation crab, cream cheese, scallion), side of sweet chili garlic crunch. 4 portions

Simmer beef and broccoli in fry pan over medium high heat until hot. Cut a small slit in the rice bag, microwave 3 minutes or until hot. Air fry rangoons at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes until hot.

CHICKEN LIMONE [pan seared chicken cutlets, lemon butter caper sauce (lemon, chicken stock, white wine, garlic, shallot, grassfed butter, capers, fresh parsley), fresh pasta, parmesan parker house rolls, extra side of parmesan] 4 portions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Plaee croissant rolls on sheet pan and bake 15-20 minutes until golden and toasty. Bring a stockpot of water to a boil with salt. While that’s heating up place chicken cutlets in large fry pan, add sauce. simmer until hot. Boil fresh pasta 2-3 minutes according to package directions. Pour sauce and chicken over pasta and serve with garlic bread.

TURKEY CHILI (3 qts) [ground turkey, onion, tomatoes, kidney beans, great northern beans, chili seasoning, chicken stock, lime] served with greek yogurt, scallion + cheddar cornbread]
Remove lids. Microwave chili with plastic wrap covering (poke a hole to vent though) 3-4 minutes until hot. Alternatively you may transfer to pot and simmer until hot. Top with greek yogurt, mild cheddar and scallions. Warm cornbread in oven or air fryer 300 degrees for 6-8 minutes until warm. top with butter (if you want!)
PASTA BOLOGNESE  [Fettuccini, Ground Beef, Bacon, Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic, Carrot, Parmesan, Garlic Bread]
Bring a pasta pot of water to a boil. Add salt. Preheat oven or airfryer to 400 degrees. Meanwhile remove sauce lids. Microwave bolognese with plastic wrap covering (poke a hole to vent though) 3-4 minutes until hot. Alternatively you may transfer to pot and simmer until hot. Boil pasta according to package directions. Save 1 cup of pasta water when draining to add to the sauce and pasta.  This will magically turn the thick bolognese into a cohesive sauce. Top with parmesan and parsley. Transfer garlic bread to sheet pan or place in air fryer cut side up. Bake 10-15 minutes until tops are golden brown. 
CEASAR SALAD (4 starter portions)  [romaine, parmesan crisps, scallion, brown butter + garlic croutons, caesar yogurt] 
Toss romaine, scallion and caesar yogurt together (add a little salt and pepper if you'd like). Top with parmesan crisps and croutons. 
BROCCOLI CHEDDAR STUFFED CHICKEN (2 portions) [ground chicken, broccoli, boursin, kerrygold butter, cheddar, parmesan, bread crumbs] served with rice pilaf
Preheat air fryer or oven to 350 degrees.  Spray  or drizzle chicken with olive oil or pan spray. Place in air fryer and cook 18-20 minutes until chicken temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove lid to rice pilaf. Cover with plastic wrap (do NOT poke hole to vent) and microwave 2-3 minutes until hot. 
PIZZA NIGHT [pre-baked sourdough pizza crusts, assorted cheeses + toppings] 
Preheat oven to 475 degrees. If you have a pizza stone awesome, if not, use a sheet pan. Unwrap pizza dough carefully. These are pre-seared in my cast iron pan.  Transfer to sheet pans. Top with pizza sauce and assorted toppings (Mozzarella, Turkey Pepperoni, 2 containers of ingredients-mushrooms, kale/spinach, kalamata olives, sugar bomb tomatoes, green pepper, boursin cheese).  Bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is golden brown
