Reheat soups by simmering until hot.

TOMATO BOURSIN [tomatoes, onion, carrot, celery, chili flake, basil, boursin, protein pasta, grilled cheese croutons, whey protein]

WONTON SOUP [ground pork, ginger, onion, wonton wrapper, egg, scallion, baby bok choy, coconut aminos, chicken stock, collagen protein]

THAI CHICKEN THIGHS [chicken thighs, coconut aminos, stevia, fish sauce, lime, serrano pepper, cilantro, mint, basil, scallion, garlic]

Pan sear or air fry chicken thighs for 6 minutes until hot. In a hot skillet or wok, add a little oil, garlic oil. Add rice, stir until nice and golden. Add veggies. Add thai stir-fry sauce. Stir until cooked through, about 5 minutes.

SHRIMP TIKKA MASALA [shrimp, tikka sauce (gram masala, coriander, cilantro, ginger, tomatoes, grassfed butter, onios, celery, carrot, greek protein yogurt), cauliflower rice (cauliflower, scallion, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper)

Stir fry or microwave rice until hot. In a separate pot, combine shrimp and sauce, simmer until just hot being careful not to overcook the shrimp. Place over cauliflower rice.

CHEESY TURKEY TACO RISOTTO [ground turkey, low carb lupin bean rice, fat free cheddar, avocaedo oil, paprika, chili powder, oregano, garlic, onion, cumin, cilantro]

Boil in bag 10 minutes until hot.

DEVILED EGG HIGH ROLLERS [egg salad(eggs, whipped cottage cheese, greek yogurt, mustard, dill pickle, lea + perrin’s, scallion, celery), arugula, roasted red bell pepper, hot sauce, bacon, white cheddar cheese, high fiber tortilla]
